Kimberly-Clark is looking for a Senior Digital Manager.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Execute Huggies Digital strategy together with the Digital / Media agencies (Owned/Paid media) in order to achieve annual KPIs;
  • Provide constant content renewal for all Huggies Owned media resources together with the Digital / Creative agencies: web-site; SMM;
  • On-line reputation management;
  • Recommend and implement digital innovations (DMP; Dynamic content, Geo technologies etc.);
  • Work as business partner in close collaboration with Brand Marketers and E-commerce manager;
  • Regularly (monthly & quarterly) analyze the digital environment, competitors – outline risks and opportunities for K-C brands and initiate relevant actions/projects;
  • Initiate proactive approach for keeping competitive advantage with brand activities and message to consumer in diverse and relevant channels;
  • Constantly (monthly) track the budget;
  • Manage third parties for timely and qualitative execution of brands’ activities.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven background in Digital Marketing in FMCG;
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing/ online market place;
  • Project management skills to manage agencies, set & track KPIs;
  • Ability to work with multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Consumer oriented;
  • Creative mind-set, though with strong ability to systematize approach;
  • Ability to build successful working relations with different stakeholders;
  • MS Office;
  • Fluent English, Russian.
