Henkel is searhing for a Senior Digital Manager (Laundry & Home Care).
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategy including all digital communications across digital media, social and e-commerce.
Implement best digital strategy and best digital media planning solutions as well as brand-impact measurement.
Own all paid digital brand campaigns: integrated campaigns, hero campaigns by category in alignment with brand teams, e-commerce media activations.
Be responsible for owned digital touchpoints: brand websites (creation, content adaptation) in alignment with platform management & brand teams, social media strategy (deploy best in class social media activations).
Be responsible for earned communication including influencer campaigns, UGC monitoring etc.
Collaborate with digital agencies and key digital partners in the region.
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance.
Track KPIs (campaigns, websites, social media) and define actions.
Conduct ongoing trainings with marketing team on the latest digital tools available, insights and learnings.
Oversee e-commerce content development and optimization along with e-commerce team.
Requirements:
Higher education (preferable – marketing).
5+ years’ relevant experience in Digital / Communication department in a big multinational or Russian company / in Digital dept in Media agency / in Client service at Digital corporation.
Fluent English.
PC skills: Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel), Photo editing tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop).
Experience with SEO, ECRM, CMS and DAM systems and processes.
Communication skills, analytical skills, good in figures, creative and open-minded, flexible and agile, developed presentation skills.
