Mars is looking for a Senior CRM Manager in the Royal Canin business segment.
You will do:
- Ownership and full management of the overall CRM and loyalty strategy in close collaboration with Global and Local stakeholders
- Launch and further roll-out Customer Data Platform
- Identifying and analyzing customer segments
- Implementation of a personalized approach in communications
- Developing scenarios for recruitment, increased activity, and customer retention
- Define measurable KPIs and regularly review campaigns against strategic objectives
- Coordination of cross-functional teams as part of current activities
- Development of CRM base and meaningful growth of associated sales
- Full budget responsibility for the CRM budget
