В одну из крупнейших компаний-производителей подъемного оборудования OTIS требуется Senior Credit & Collection Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executes Otis – Entity’s collections process to maximize collections whilst managing retention of customers’ accounts
- Manages process design to establish contact with the skip, absconding and uncontactable customers who maybe in the country or outside the country and thus facilitates money collections and recoveries
- Manages daily follow-up on customer accounts and ensures accounts are thoroughly worked promptly by collectors
- Manages prompt handling of billing complaints submitted by customers, issuing remedial actions to facilitate collections
- Conducts monthly reconciliation of customer payments by scrutinizing all payments received on a per account basis to ensure flawless reconciliation
- Monitors the performance of distressed collections identified as per Otis - Entity's risk classification criteria and initiates follow up on the collections and recovery process
- Manages relationship with customers to ensure payment release and minimize the possibility of bad debts
- Negotiates with defaulting customers to repay their debts in full thereby achieving full recovery on contracted service fees
- Verifies amounts and receipts for funds received and maintains archives for all receipts
- Ensures strict adherence to processes and standards for collections and settlements
- Send monthly SOA’s to customers
- Review contracts and ensure collection as per agreed payment terms
- Escalate defaulted customers as per Otis – Entity’s credit control policy
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting/ or similar
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in similar role
- Preferably have experience working in Construction/Contracting company
- Must be fluent in English, Arabic preferred
- Technical knowledge - ERP & MS Office
Other Requirements:
- Valid UAE driving license
