HEINEKEN Russia is looking for a Senior counsel to support Legal and compliance department.

If you are ready:
- To manage the Intellectual property of the company such as trademarks and patents: monitoring of the trademarks, communication with the provider of services on prolongations, new registrations; preparation of license agreements, litigations related to IP rights
- To support the marketing department: revision of the visuals, advertising materials for the compliance with the legal requirements
- To facilitate with the provider of the process of registration of the real estate (buldings, land plots)
- To support the breweries with the activities related to state inspections, prepare the answers to the state authorities, prepare the claims and applications to courts related to state inspections
And you have:
- Strong knowledge and working experience in Intellectual property is a must
- University degree/Masters in Law
- Working experience as a lawyer not less than 5 years
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Upper-Intermediate / Advanсed English level (spoken and written)
