Lenta is looking for Senior controlling manager in Finance department.
Main goals:
To champion project efficiency management in a sustainable and commercial manner;
To be a proactive business partner with forward-looking, timely, high-quality and value-adding financial support, advice and insight;
To operate to maximum efficiency, including the timely and accurate reporting regarding project performance;
To achieve the highest standards of financial control as well as of project performance reporting and management.
Core job responsibilities:
Comprehensive assessment of efficiency of different internal project cases;
Work directly with project owner to carry out precise analysis, comments, projects calculations and post-analysis;
Develop criteria and KPIs to evaluate efficiency of each process review and assess results of the projects on each step;
Business planning, analysis of investment or savings attractiveness of projects;
Ensures consistency of calculation approach across similar projects (leads internal alignment within Controlling team);
Project financials budgeting and forecasting (Top-down model, Bottom-up, Forecast);
Control of projects budget execution, Lead assessment of changes’ impact;
Conduct a plan / fact analysis of the projects budget;
Conducting post-investment analysis of projects;
Communication with business and management with regards to projects implementation;
Methodological and consulting assistance on the economics of projects, process procedures, decision matrix.
Job requirements:
Relevant university degree in accounting and or finance/controlling;
Relevant experience in an international environment preferably in retail/Big4;
Experience in working with SAP and business intelligence tools;
Analytical thinker with an ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems
Strong communication skills;
Capability with dealing with complexity and having an outstanding organizational talent;
Energetic leader, motivating staff to operate on the right level;
Creativity: enjoy developing new systems and approaches;
Self-starter, proactive position.
