Stellar Labs is searching for a Senior Content Manager.
What you will do:
- Launch personalized, A/B testing and content campaigns in Dynamic Yield personalization platform and Algolia Search Optimization platform;
- Distribution of tasks to team members;
- Prepare campaign details and full description;
- Schedule campaigns together with web-developers and customer success managers;
- Provide User testing & bug fixing;
- Review launched campaigns;
- Change campaigns by request;
- Manage campaigns versioning;
- Communicate with customers and our internal team for a successful launch of campaigns;
- Actualize customer campaigns map in Notion / Miro.
The company is looking for:
- Strong mindset;
- Readiness to learn a lot of new tools;
- Knowledge of web-sites structure (ecommerce, financial, etc.);
- Knowledge of SCRUM methodology, experience with Task Managers would be a plus;
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS would be a plus;
- Strong organization skills, a proven ability to multitask, and meet deadlines;
- Fluent English is a must as you will also work with European accounts (other languages would be a plus);
- Ability to communicate in a comprehensible and clear way based on target audience;
- Agility combined with attentiveness;
- e-Commerce or relevant digital agency experience would be a big advantage.
