Mondelēz is looking for a Senior consumer insights analyst (gum, meu).

 

Responsibilities:

  • The Category Insight team identifies growth opportunities through deep understanding of consumers and shoppers, strategies and business. The team is responsible for integrating learnings from different sources and ad hoc research in order to inform business choices and strategy.
  • As Gum Senior Insight Analyst, you’ll be working on well-known and powerful brands sold across Europe. You will partner with local and European Marketing teams (in charge of brand equity, innovation, activation & business). You will be the expert of your category, market and brands, and participate in defining and implementing winning strategy and powerful executions.
  • As part of your responsibilities, you will help identify growth opportunities, recommend and implement research programs (around brand architecture, innovation, brand health, price and promotion) to help strategic and commercial decisions, and you will conduct analyses based on panels and ad hoc research to understand & explain business performance across Europe.
  • You will play a key part in strategic thinking, joining the dots between all insights, sharing research leanings in an impactful way and influencing business decisions. You will build strong relations with Marketing, Innovation and Category Planning teams.

 

Requirements and qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor, MBA or Master's Degree.
  • You have minimum 6 years-experience in commercial area including mandatory experience in a Market Research position in a FMCG company.   
  • You are passionate about brands and consumers with high learning agility.     
  • You are an excellent communicator able to visualize data to support great story-telling.
  • You are a natural leader able to influence others, comfortable with ambiguity.    
  • You have strong analytical skills, are comfortable with big data and able to join the dots.  
  • You are technology savvy as well as agile and proactive in acting and thinking.       
  • You have operational knowledge of French, fluent in spoken and written English and able to effectively collaborate remotely with cross cultural teams.
  • Knowledge of IRI or Nielsen is an advantage.
