Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for regional budget and forecast including personnel cost, HR other cost, headcount, productivity and work closely with APAC HR Controller, finance team and China HR team
- Handle HR administration including MPF, attendance, leave record management, monthly actual personnel cost, HR systems and reports, etc.
- Prepare Compensation & Benefits polices, annual salary review and bonus process
- Manage outsourced payroll vendors to ensure the accurate and timely payment as well as collect relevant market information with C&B vendors for market competitiveness
- Resolve employee pay and benefits queries in a professional manner
- Assist HR Director to handle periodical audit process, both internal & external
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required to meet the business needs
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder
- At least 5 years relevant C&B experience in large multinational companies, preferable in luxury fashion industry with regional job scope
- Deep knowledge of the employment law
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills is essential
- Independent, detail-minded and well-organized
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS system
