В GameDev-компанию Long Tale Games требуется Senior Community Manager.
Long Tale Games (LTG) is a new video game publisher with its own gaming platform. Company is looking for an awesome community manager who’s ready to become a guardian angel for the community and a tower of strength for the project. If you love games and the word "gamedev" makes your heart beat faster, you are probably a good match!
What you will do:
- Write news and game guides, compile FAQs
- Passionately work with communities to meet reasonable KPIs
- Prepare monthly content plans for social media
- Collect and analyze information, compile feedback for the project team
- Hold contests and other entertainment events for the community
- Assemble and manage teams of game assistants
- Communicate with the community and be patient with even the most toxic players
Company is looking for a candidate who:
- Has excellent writing and speaking skills (English – C1 or higher)
- Has experience in working with content (writing news, ordering visuals, supporting publications)
- Is skilled in working with the community (and has the ability to collect feedback, communicate and respond to requests correctly, resolve conflict situations)
- Understands work processes within the team and has the ability to independently communicate with other departments within the company
- Has basic knowledge of SMM and experience with social media
- Has experience with Jira, Confluence
- Has good analytical skills, the ability to think sensibly and evaluate the consequences of their actions
- Has love for games, knowledge of current industry trends, and a sense of humor
