AliExpress Russia Social team is looking for Senior Business Owner to lead community referral and game shopping social mechanics.
What you will do:
- Improving existing referral mechanics with a focus on K-factor, CAC and GMV
- Creating new ideas and developing products for AliExpress app according to business needs
- Analysing effectiveness of existing products to improve overall performance and reach targets
- Preparing marketing strategy and making market research to effectively boost number of new buyers and GMV on platform through referral and gaming tools
- Counting business models for new products to measure potential success
- Communicating closely with product and technical teams to develop and improve referral mechanics and games
- Interacting with category and sellers' operation teams to attract and expand the product assortment in referral mechanics as well as chinese partners
- Interacting with PR, User Growth, Marketing teams to effectively increase traffic to referral mechanics and find new traffic sources
Candidate profile:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Product owner/Senior Marketing manager in social networks/ gaming /e-commerce company
- Experience in creating new projects
- Strong analytical skills (ideally can do SQL queries)
- Enthusiastic and hard-working with positive attitude for every difficulty
- Goal-oriented mindset
- Fluent English
