ByteDance is actively recruiting a Senior Business Development Manager Games — CIS.
Responsibilities
Proactively expand and deepen gaming partnerships in CIS region, source publishing or investment opportunities which create strategic values to ByteDance gaming;
Provide in-depth intelligence, knowledge, analysis and best cases to facilitate decision-making and help shape strategies and directions of gaming business;
Execute business negotiations and contract process; travel and attend gaming conventions; collaborate with functional teams across different countries to achieve success.
Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in the gaming industry, at least 3 years working in business development or strategic investment role in the CIS region;
Extensive and meaningful network with key partners in the region, proven ability to identify early opportunities and drive decision-making process across functional teams, lead and execute license or investment deals;
Russian native level, with a proficient second language either English or Mandarin;
Excellent communication skills, strong analytical thinking, puzzle-solver and go-getter;
BA/BS degree and a working knowledge of business-related fields required; MBA preferred.
