L’Oréal is seeking a Senior Business Analyst.
Responsibilities:
Implementation of the project of secondary sales — sell-through / sell-out — and stock-in-trade data collection using internal system.
Establishment of regular reporting (reports, management dashboard etc) based on received data according to business needs.
Collect / analyse sell-in / sell-out data.
Report to the Division on the analysis of business performance and its levers, and make recommendations.
Analytical support for the business team and management.
Shape and disseminate analyses and syntheses to help decision makers to drive business activity.
Requirements:
Strong project leader experience.
3+ year experience in business analysis.
Technical degree in mathematics / IT as a nice to have.
Super-advanced Excel user (pivot tables, VBA etc.).
Strong analytical skills.
Team player.
Willingness to develop team management skills.
