Mercedes-Benz Türk is looking for a Senior Business Analyst & Lean Mngt Consultant.
Mercedes-Benz Türk develops and produces Trucks & Buses in factories based in Istanbul & Aksaray in order to shape the future of mobility. Company is an important part of the production and R&D network of Daimler Truck AG.
Tasks:
- Maintain strong communication channels with internal customers and partners
- Knowledge of IT priority topics: Cloud & DevOps, API
- Determine, implement and evaluate business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or customer information needs with related tools
- Design/develop solutions to business problems, or defining, analyzing and documenting business requirements
- Responsible for the Delivery of all IT Solutions and Services to Business, create technical and functional documentation
- Develop IT concepts and architectures based on Truck&Bus strategic guidelines
- Global Cyber Security follow-up and ISO coordination for aftersales, marketing domains
- Collaborates on business process improvement initiatives, working in conjunction with other departments and consultants, using process improvement methodologies and project management
- Identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement activities to increase efficiency and to boost Lean culture at MBT
- Lead cross-departmental process optimization projects resulted in cost savings; coordinate project teams, facilitate workshops, execute analysis methods (such as Waterfall, Ishikawa, 5Whys, etc.), collect data for improvement, facilitate / develop optimum solutions, identify associated cost and optimization potentials, design the target process and monitor the implementation of target state
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Technology Management or similar disciplines
- Capable to work with international teams and good team player
- Experience in customer focus and aftersales processes analysis
- Fluent in English and/or German
- Strong knowledge of IT project management, system architecture and application database structure
- Strong analytical skills,including the ability to deal with complex problems and find a win-win solution, willing to lead and take initiative
- No restriction to travel abroad
