BELUGA GROUP's Wine Business Development team is considering candidates for the position of Senior Brand Manager.
Key tasks:
- Development of a product promotion strategy in the Russian market;
- Development of sales and distribution of the brand; communication with the sales department, execution&control of promotional activities across all sales channels;
- Market & competitors environment analysis;
- Price tree, value chain calculations, sales and purchasing planning;
- Brand-marketing campaigns development, execution & control;
- Tracking Brand performance by contribution;
- Brand strategy execution, POSM production, PR, Digital communication;
- Communication with suppliers (brand owners), reports and quarter business reviews;
- Organization of events, tastings, incentives trips;
- Development of sales in the on-trade and B2C channel.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in wide wine or spirits importer and distributors companies:
- Experience in developing and launching of sales for global wine or spirits brands in the off and on-trade channel;
- University graduate, preferely in economy, marketing or communication;
- Communication skills, ability to work in a team, a high level of self-motivation for success;
- Punctuality, responsible attitude to deadlines;
- Fluent English, upper intermediate;
- Well-developed analytical skills;
- Advanced user of MS Microsoft (Excel & Power Point).
