Responsibilities:
- Development, protection and implementation of a marketing strategy and marketing calendar in the context of each channel (retail, e-com, digital, etc.);
- Defining a marketing strategy (market positioning, promotion plan) according to brand positioning;
- Development, protection and control of the marketing budget execution;
- Organizing, conducting, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and trade marketing activities aimed at increasing sales and brand awareness;
- Participation in the company's advertising, communication and PR strategy, analysis of the effectiveness of events, communication channels;
- Brand Portfolio Management;
- Development of product briefings for new SKU;
- Conducting research. Working with internal and external data;
Requirements:
- Higher education (marketing, economics, sociology, etc.);
- Work experience in FMCG in similar positions;
- Knowledge of the basics and principles of brand management and marketing;
- Knowledge and understanding of the specifics of the market;
- Effective communication and public speaking skills;
- Customer orientation and ability to work with multitasking mode.
