В пивоваренную компанию AB InBev Efes требуется Senior Brand Manager.
Main accountabilities:
- Brand growth strategy development: Innovation pipeline, Activation plan, Portfolio Management
- Communication plan development and execution: management of Media/Creative/BTL partners
- Lead in time organizing, planning and post evaluating of all brand activations in Media, Trade, Events and sponsorship projects
- Take leadership in product innovation projects - new product development, relaunches of existing products, including all parts - liquid, packaging, price positioning, and communication
- Brands health and performance tracking from the different available sources (Nielsen, Brand Health Tracking, Power BI), preparation of brand audit reports on monthly basis, constant analysis of consumer needs and key market trends
- Initiating, participating and outcome analysis of all scope of marketing researches (qualitative and quantitative) for deep brand & consumer understanding
- Taking part in cross-functional projects, close cooperation with all departments (PR, Trade Marketing, Sales, Legal, Procurement, Technical, Planning, Revenue etc), maintain the relationships with internal and external partners
- Visit the regions and key cities, meetings with local teams, providing detailed reports and recommendations for following possibilities of situations improvements
- Effective brand marketing budget management, Brand P&L and price structure analysis and cooperation with Revenue Team
Requirements:
- University degree (preferably Marketing/Management)
- Min 3-4 years of relevant experience in FMCG
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical skills, curiosity and passion at work, high self-learning and self-motivating
- Cross-functional teams leadership experience, ability to perform in tight deadlines
- Advanced MS Office user (Excel, Power Point); knowledge of Nielsen Answers, Power BI - preferred
- English – fluent
