Moёt Hennessy Russia is looking for a Senior Brand Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Develop brand strategy with focus on consistency in all touch-points;
- Successfully implement full Brand Plans for defined brands;
- Align & run Budget on a regular basis. Ensure optimal allocation of ATL & BTL expenditures, full budget control;
- Strong cooperation with cross-functions on ‘Brand Activation Calendar’ excellent execution; including presentation updates to Sales;
- Regular communication with Maisons on operational matters: best practices, brand activation plan/calendar update, business update;
- Leadership on driving Event, PR & Brand Image Building Activities: from idea generation (Brief) to launch; Close participation with ‘Communication’ department as well as working closely with third party suppliers & agencies;
- Analyse available data about the product to monitor Brand performance and market evolution on a monthly base;
- Collaborate in developing On Trade, Off Trade strategies; full participation & engagement on developing ‘key growth drivers’ (tools to increase distribution, visibility and sales);
- Work closely and supervise Brand Ambassador; participate in organizing VIC dinners;
- Monitor & constant tracking of POSM stock; Optimal allocation, regional split;
- Good team work on the daily basis; Generate ideas & out of box thinking.
