EVYAP products are manufactured in 3 different countries and fully comply with European standards. In addition, the company has built the world's largest oleochemical plant in the Malaysian area.
Job Purpose:
Develop and implement long-term brand vision and brand strategy aiming to maximize the brand equity and financial contribution in line with annual targets and long term goals.
Reporting:
Direct report to the Head of Marketing. Brand Manager in subordination.
Main accountabilities:
- Being the standalone Leader of the brands (Arko Man, Blade, Evy Baby) and drive positive changes to ensure stable and profitable brands growth
- Development and implementation of short and long term strategies driving sustainable business growth
- Development of annual marketing plan in line with brand strategy to achieve financial targets
- Innovation pipeline: Lead initiative development and mid-term (12+months) pipe-line development: product/concept qualification, commercialization of launches
- Constant searching for opportunities to improve brand performance to provide sustainable brand growth
- Close cooperation with Head Quarter and local team (Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply, Finance) to ensure projects launches on-time and effective on-going brand performance management
- Brand Communication Strategy development and its embody to powerful creative campaigns
- Media Strategy Development to achieve effective reach of consumers
- Building effective relationships with ATL/BTL/PR/Digital/Media agencies: ensures best rates are achieved for the service
- Set objectives and tracking brand performance on regular basis and making corrective actions if needed
- Regularly monitor consumer trends, market dynamics, brand health and competitors performance and proactively come up with actions addressing issue/opportunities
- Coordination of on-going projects with regional teams and managing allocation costs
- Management marketing budget (planning, optimization, control)
- Management of top line and bottom line of brand P&L to deliver business results as planned
- Analyze the ROI of the marketing and trade marketing activities
Requirements:
- Higher education (preferably in Marketing)
- 5+ years of relevant FMCG experience in Marketing (2+ as a Brand Manager)
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Presentation Skills
- Creativity and out of the box thinking
- Strong analytical skills
- Good knowledge of brand marketing and trade marketing basic principles
- Good knowledge of the market, consumer and shopper trends
- Advanced English is a must
