Job Description:

Requirements:
- At least 2 years as a Senior Brand Manager in international FMCG companies
- Strong senior brand manager with senior brand manager experience including product development, communication development, portfolio management, strategy development and people management
- Must haves: strong in functional skills; great communication skills including ability to engage; strategic/perspective thinking combined with business practicality; skills in people management
Responsibilities:
- Strategy development and deployment plan
- Communication plan development and deployment
- Portfolio management (incl innovation) plan development and deployment
- Ensure day-to-day excellence in execution
- 1-3 Direct report(s) performance management & development
