Mars is looking for a Bite-size Senior Brand Manager.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading bite-size category building, collaborating with global and local x-functional teams
- Bite-size strategy deployment, based on market and consumer data in collaboration with one demand team
- Consumer barriers, opportunities identification and codification into future growth drivers and ensure further roll out through projects
- Omni-channel Communication Deployment (TV, Digital, Influencers, In-Store, etc.)
- Drive excellence in execution within the whole organization, building engagement around bite-size within one demand team
- Talent Development in Bite-size and Total Mars Wrigley
- Contribution to total Mars Wrigley enterprise
The company expects:
- Soft skills: communicative, good presenter, able to engage broad team into transformational topics, ready to challenge status quo and solve complex problems
- Hard skills/experiences: good analytical skills, capable to turn consumer insights in growth business reco, communication and media planning, transformation of existing consumption patterns
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree
- At least 5 years of marketing experience in an international FMCG company
- Fluent English
