Responsibilities:
- Launch and support of feminine hygiene category
- Participation in the creation of the strategic and annual marketing plans, annual budget setting
- Regular market and brand research monitoring and analysis, evaluation of the dynamics achievements, corrective measures and learnings proposition
- Managing the whole scope of New product development, including collaboration with R&D, raw materials suppliers, pack design development, artwork approval, certification, control of production launch, go-to-market and post-launch performance evaluation
- Development and management of the marketing campaigns, including the communication assets development and execution
- Control the marketing budget spendings with monthly reporting and keeping an eye towards maximizing gains and reducing costs
- Preparation of reports on brand performance and sales, shelf vs strategy price monitoring and reporting
- Effective project leadership and project management. Proactive participation in cross-functional project teamwork
- Sales support with product plans and new products presentations, education, providing instruments and materials for in store activations, KVs for POSMs, recommendations and materials for eCom channel development
Requirements:
- Experience in Marketing
- High education in ecnomic or marketing
- Ability to conduct research and data analysis
- Organizational skills, ability to meet tight deadlines and handle several complex projects at the same time
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Goal oriented style of work and self-motivation ability
- Positive mindset and creativity
- Intermediate English written and speaking skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field
