In this role you will:
- Prepare and execute the strategy for support of the current baby formula products
- Be responsible for finding creative ways for supporting the brand in volatile times and with effective A&P spend expectations
- Manage launch and expansion activities for portfolio through new categories and even new brands launches
- Ensure clear understanding of drivers of baby food categories
- Build and lead through innovation, working with multi-functional team and continuous future pipeline of innovation and existing product renovation
- Analyze key data to understand key consumer insights and trends in the current market

- Experience in actual Brand Marketing FMCG/non FMCG industry, with experience of driving inno projects as well as creating brand communication
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with leadership across multiple functions
