Johnson & Johnson is looking for Senior Brand Manager to manage marketing activities of Johnson & Johnson brands in Russia (2 brands).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual marketing plan, deliver its main KPIs - for the portfolio of brands
- Get deep consumer understanding (insights via research and monitoring of competitive environment)
- Ensure regular market tracking and analytics (IMS, GFK, Millward, Nielsen etc.)
- In close collaboration with Regional marketing team and other functions create or adapt brand communication (ATL, BTL, Digital, Influencer Marketing) and develop media plans
- Prepare and execute launch plan for new products and SKUs
- Lead development of professional and trade programs
- Manage and control brand budget, including invoices and grids update
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of overall marketing experience, including role of Senior Brand Manager
- Experience on brand with 360 support and independent management of ATL-BTL-DIGITAL-INFLUENCERS projects
- Outstanding business and people leadership skills
- Ability to operate in matrix environment and manage multiple stakeholders
- Proven Very Strong Knowledge of the Marketing “tool-kit”, including successful experience in concepts/copy development
- Proven Strong Thinking and Problem-Solving skill
- Proven Strong Initiative and Follow Through skill
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Good networker
- Good command of Word, PowerPoint
