L’Oréal is searching for a Senior Brand Manager (L'Oreal Paris Coloration).
Main accountabilities:
- Maintaining 2 key brand franchises - full cycle marketing (media, NPD, IMC campaigns)
- Development and implementation of a 2-year plan to double the operating profit
- Implementation of operational targets for representation in points
- Jointly with the commercial team - implementation of projects for listing to extended distribution
- Implementation of a new media and communication strategy - effective split TV and Internet channels
- Implementation of a new product launch
- Together with Brand Leader, formation of a growth strategy for the next 3 years
- Transfer of the product to local production
Critical competencies:
- Relevant experience in Marketing (Brand Manager, Senior Brand Manager)
- Operational marketing excellence (360 IMC campaigns, digital experience + local TV/Digital production experience)
- Strategic management
- Strong commercial orientation
- Strong collaboration skills
- High analytical capabilities, strong logic and ability for helicopter view
- Communication & presentation skills
