L’oreal is loking for a Senior Brand Manager (Hair Color).
Main accountabilities:
Maintaining 2 key brand franchises — full cycle marketing (media, NPD, IMC campaigns)
Leading business priority # 1 and implementing a key launch in 2021 for the brand and category
Development and implementation of a 2-year plan to double the operating profit
Implementation of operational targets for representation in points
Jointly with the commercial team — implementation of projects for listing to extended distribution
Implementation of a new media and communication strategy — effective split TV and Internet channels
Implementation of a new product launch
Together with GBM, formation of a growth strategy for the next 3 years
Transfer of the product to local production
Critical competencies:
Relevant experience in Marketing (Brand Manager, Senior Brand Manager)
Operational marketing excellence (360 IMC campaigns, digital experience + local TV/Digital production experience)
Strategic management
Strong commercial orientation
Strong collaboration skills
High analytical capabilities, strong logic and ability for helicopter view
Communication & presentation skills.
