Kimberly-Clark is looking for a Senior Brand Manager (Depend, Kotex).
Principal Accountabilities:
- Lead long-term (24+ months) strategy and innovation pipeline development in line with Business objectives.
- Oversee brand standards implementation in the areas of product, packaging, price, communication and recommend actions while needed.
- Oversee annual brand plans creation and implementation in line with the Brand Strategy.
- Create and Manage expenditure budget to deliver on the brand objectives.
- Allocate resources and schedule marketing and advertising activities according to the importance of each brand in the organization’s overall marketing strategy.
- Set vision for all aspects of brand communication including:
- Media strategy development and execution.
- Briefing and managing Advertising Agencies.
- Ensure most effective and efficient media mix.
- Provide effective consumer promotional strategies relevant to the market and in line with operating plan.
- Controlling and implementing brand communication budget, including media plans and other activities directly related to brand and advertising production.
- Innovation pipeline: Lead initiative development and long -term (24+months) pipe-line development: product/concept qualification, commercialization of launches.
- Plan and control Mkg Research projects and budgets in order to identify understand and monitor consumer insights, trends and needs.
- Create networking with other markets and global functions in order to share the ideas and implement global activities where applicable.
- Lead brand Sales strategy - in co-partnership with Trade Marketing and Sales.
- Analyze brand/activities evaluation analysis on the on-going basis and recommend corrective actions if needed.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned if they are not in contradiction with this profile.
Requirements:
- More than 5 years experience in Marketing/ Brand Management in the FMCG company.
- Understand the basics of the brand management (Brand positioning, Target Audience, etc.).
- Experience of working with the supporting ATL/ BTL/POS agencies.
- Good command of Word, PowerPoint and different data bases.
- Proven Strategic Leadership skills.
- Strong Thinking and Problem Solving skill.
- Initiative and Follow Through skill.
- Strong Leadership w/in independent projects.
- Fluent English is a must.
