Henkel is looking for a Senior Brand Manager (Beauty Care).
Responsibilities:
Develop & lead short and mid-term marketing strategy for the brands
Manage P&L and brands portfolio / product mix to maximize topline and profitability
New product development
Develop and implement integrated marketing plan, marketing campaigns, consumer promotions and activation to support overall brands’ growth and profitability
Represent business results towards HQ with regular reports on brands development and on-going projects. Support HQ with local data and business analytics
Collaborate with KA, Trade Marketing & CatMan on initiatives’ deployment and execution for TOP customers
Develop efficient communication network with key functions (Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Legal)
Lead a direct report: set clear goals, provide with all necessary help, knowledge & tools to achieve them, design & support their development plan
Requirements:
Higher education (marketing, economics). Additional education as an advantage
5+ years’ relevant work experience with proven track records in Marketing / Brand Management in leading FMCG company
Team-oriented
Ready to work in multitasking environment, hardworking, passionate, able to lead and motivate project teams
Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
Outstanding communication skills
Familiar with latest trends and marketing best practices
Fluent English
