BMW Financial Services is looking for Senior Accountant to join BMW Leasing team.
Responsibilities:
Managing and delivering project work in Accounting BMW Leasing in collaboration with 1C Homnet Leasing;
Business Analysis, preparation of business requirements, confirmation for automation;
Project working group meetings and documentation;
Descriptions of methodology;
Preparation of test cases / testing;
Working with different departments of the Leasing company to identify and implement process improvements.
The Project manager will focus on automation processes in 1C:
Implementation of FSBU 25;
automation of IFRS module (Dealer’s commission & insurance);
NEA (problem active) automation in HL and BLK (1C);
Termination &Buy Out automation in HL and BLK(1C);
New business automation, integration e-documents Diadok -1C;
Automating the exchange of documents with an archive company and monitoring availability full package of original docs;
Automation of the accounting of insurance policies, exchange between the insurance module and BLK;
Tax monitoring automation.
Requirements:
5 years and more of experience in Leasing accounting and Project work;
Confident user 1C Homenet Leasing;
Knowledge of FSBU 25;
Experience in leading the projects in Finance;
Strong accounting knowledge including RAS and IFRS;
English on Upper-Intermediate level.
