A leading consulting company ALTHAUS is seeking a Senior Accountant Expert.
The position includes the following responsibilities
Chief Accountant (deputy) for clients of the company (outsourcing);
Preparation of interim and annual accounting, statistical tax, salary and management reports;
Accounting in 1C and SAP;
Methodological support of Clients in tax and accounting areas;
Leading a team of accountants (3-4 employees);
Maintaining and developing a relationship with the clients.
What we are looking for
Experience in the role of the Chief Accountant of 3 years (production, construction, trading companies with high turnover);
Management experience junior staff and training new employees;
Sound knowledge of all accounting areas: bank, settlements with suppliers, fixed assets accounting, advance reports, calculations in foreign currency, salary calculations (average earnings, bonuses, compensation);
Strong experience in generating and submitting reports: Financial Statements, VAT and Corporate tax returns, salary (2-NDFL, 6-NDFL, calculation of insurance premiums, 4-FSS), property tax, statistical reporting;
Experience in financial outsourcing is an advantage;
Knowledge of one of the programs — 1C 8.3 or SAP;
Flexibility in a fast-changing environment, support team members through changes;
Suggesting solutions to difficult cases by analyzing, thinking ahead and planning;
Advanced English (speaking, correspondence, documentation) is a must.
