- Managing relationships with AliExpress — Tmall’s biggest partners in assigned category
- Developing cross-functional strategy to grow sellers’ business and ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate and work with the category manager on partner`s performance — partner meeting preparation, launches, and progress management
- Coordinate activities with key partners including communication, performance, marketing calendar, and campaign delivery
- Negotiating deals with sellers and work with marketing to develop matching initiatives to boost GMV
- Prepare marketing presentations for meetings with partners and internal presentations
- Managing pricing competitiveness, assortment, stock availability of key products offered by the partner
- Conduct data analysis and reporting on partner performance
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of Beauty / Mother&Kids / Sport
- 3+ years of E-commerce experience and trade-marketing
- Good at client management and negotiation;
- Excellent communication skills; organized with attention to details; training skills;
- Digital-first and Data-first mindset;
- Intermediate verbal and written English; fluent Chinese is a plus.
