Key responsibilities:
- Detects fraudulent activities and identifies fraudulent transaction patterns, and oversees and facilitates investigative analysis on all fraud cases
- Identify common points of compromise at the retail merchants / stores and conducts investigations and coordinates with industry counterparts
- Establishes facts of the case and works with law enforcement and both internal and external legal counsels to pursue any cases that are deemed important by the business
- Leads incident investigations and fraud investigations whether external (customers, applicants, loan borrowers) or internal (staff, consultants, team members)
- Manages physical security, security audits and security operations within the group
- Looks after CCTV monitoring, CCTV reviews and access control management
Qualifications:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology, Accounting, Auditing or a related field
- Licensed Criminologist is a plus
- Licensed Certified Security Professional (CSP) is a plus
- At least 5 years of experience in security, fraud investigation or fraud prevention in the financial services industry whether in banking, lending or financing companies
- Fluent in English and Filipino with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent business judgment and high level of professionalism
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Supports the objectives of the team's goals and not only his/her own
- Willing to learn and open to changes and challenges
- Keen to details and adaptable
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup with a head office in Bonifacio Global City (Taguig City) and to travel both locally and internationally when needed
