В крупнейшую российскую пивоваренную компанию AB InBev Efes приглашается SAP HCM consultant (PY/PT).
Обязанности:
Regular interaction with business stakeholders and key users from Country/BU/Zone to identify area of improvements and reengineering of business processes. Propose best solutions by choosing right technology tools and rebuilding the processes based on business needs and knowledge of business processes;
Prepare business cases for financial performance analysis. Align and approve business cases with business stakeholders;
Participate in building of IT and business function integration roadmap. Make estimation of timeline, recourses and other necessary inputs for projects and changes;
Realization of integration projects:
— make fit/gap analysis;
— prepare functional and technical design;
— make customizing and prepare developments specifications;
— prepare test scenarios, user manuals, conduct trainings for key/end users;
— support project go-live and hypercare.
Liaise with Business Expertise Center (BEC) team to transfer completed project to support;
Interaction with Europe Solutions team to align integration project activities. Support project managers in preparation of Architecture Board Committees presentation;
Interaction with 3d party providers to control and deliver integration projects according to project plan.
Требования:
Expert knowledge of SAP PY/PT Payroll and Personnel Time Management;
Higher education (Management Sciences / Engineering / Mathematics);
Minimum 5 years in a similar role;
Successfully developed and implemented new work processes or process improvements;
Experience in structured data system modeling and maintenance;
Knowledge of fundamental information architecture concepts, methods and theories ;
Functional knowledge of SAP ECC ;
Strong collaboration & teamwork skills;
Strong communication and presentation skills;
Strong analytical skills;
Good English written and spoken;
Ability to be flexible by adapting quickly to changing priorities;
Experience in communication with all management levels;
Experience in working in a multi-national environment.
