The inDrive.Delivery team is looking for a Sales Team Leader who will be responsible for promoting last mile delivery services for restaurants, online stores, and marketplaces in the territory of Kazakhstan.
Responsibilities:
- Manage teams in few countries
- Search for a new potential clients via existing channels
- Launch/onboard new clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationship with top clients
- Develop existing clients
- Provide customer oriented service to key accounts
- Solve clients’ inquiries, questions, concerns in a proactive manner
- Achieve clients engagement through innovative strategies
Qualifications:
- University degree
- >5 years of relevant sales experience and >2 years of sales experience in logistics/delivery
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to make structured business judgement
- Advanced MS office user
- Fluent English
