Refocus is a global EdTech company. It`s goal is to launch 20 products in Indonesia, the Philippines, and all the countries across the Asia region.
What you will do:
- Manage a team of sales representatives. Monitor performance, set targets, give coaching and training
- Call incoming and warm leads over the phone (no cold calling)
- Work with CRM
- Achieve your own monthly KPI and sales plan

- Experience in B2C sales
- Bahasa proficiency
- English language skills B2 and above
- CRM knowledge
