Refocus is a global EdTech company. It`s goal is to launch 20 products in Indonesia, the Philippines, and all the countries across the Asia region.

 

What you will do:

  • Manage a team of sales representatives. Monitor performance, set targets, give coaching and training
  • Call incoming and warm leads over the phone (no cold calling)
  • Work with CRM
  • Achieve your own monthly KPI and sales plan

  • Experience in B2C sales
  • Bahasa proficiency
  • English language skills B2 and above
  • CRM knowledge
  • Experience in Telemarketing
  • Experience in team leadership and team coaching
