- Five PM Real Estate - select and buy highly profitable real estate in Dubai
- Stone Tree Vacation Homes - rent properties and provide property management services to owners and investors
- ST Technical Service - care for all the processes appearing during the process of working with the apartment
What you will do:
- Manage and participate in the full cycle of sales: from pre-sales activities to closing the deal
- Analyze the market and find new opportunities for the company’s growth
- Make decisions regarding pricing policies
- Achieve growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing and developping the sales team and by assessing the teams’ strengths and weaknesses
- Prepare sales reports for the Management
- Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their objectives and needs
Expectations from you:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales
- 2-years experience in managing the team of 7-10 people
- Fluency in English & Russian (written & spoken)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Superb leadership, communication and collaboration abilities
It’ll be amazing if you also have:
- Experience in HoReCa and real estate sales
- Passion for telesales
- Solid understanding of Dubai retail market
- Experience with workflows, diagramming, and business design thinking
