Your Team:
- Sales, Pre-Sales and Partner Managers
- Multiple people working in various departments e.g. Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, Sales Ops, etc.
- Partner Ecosystem composed of Strategic Partners, Global and Regional System Integrators and Local Resellers/Distributors
Your Impact:
- Lead the extended sales seam to new performance levels;
- Oversee activities to make sure we have the right environment and motivation for all employees to thrive and succeed;
- Support the region to successfully move to subscriptions and ARR;
Your Day-To-Day:
- Manage and support a team to grow the business double digits
- Inspect and manage activity levels and forecast accuracy
- Manage relationships with customers and partners
- Ensure adherence to Corporate policies and Compliance regulations
- Make sure all employees are working in a stimulating and challenging environment they can thrive in
Your Skills and Knowledge:
- Great Sales and Sales Management Skills
- Proficiency in working in a Matrix organization
- Ability to lead other departments and partners to achieve common goals
- Intercultural savvy
- Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory
