TikTok is looking for a Sales Productivity & Efficiency Lead.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate new sales processes and optimize existing ones to increase sales efficiency;
  • Drive local and global cross-functional projects including but not limited to: contract management, billing, collections, credit policy, etc.;
  • Coordinate global sales systems upgrade projects;
  • Lead sales enablement: soft skills, sales systems and policies;
  • Manage the team: coordinate activities, provide with resources, coach and lead towards their own targets.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in business administration, economics or technical;
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience;
  • Work experience in B2B tech companies is desirable;
  • Knowledge of GAAP, MSFO or Russian accounting principles;
  • Knowledge of document workflow management;
  • Strong business acumen;
  • Fluent English;
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com;
  • Strong communication skills.
