TikTok is looking for a Sales Productivity & Efficiency Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate new sales processes and optimize existing ones to increase sales efficiency;
- Drive local and global cross-functional projects including but not limited to: contract management, billing, collections, credit policy, etc.;
- Coordinate global sales systems upgrade projects;
- Lead sales enablement: soft skills, sales systems and policies;
- Manage the team: coordinate activities, provide with resources, coach and lead towards their own targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in business administration, economics or technical;
- 3-5 years of relevant experience;
- Work experience in B2B tech companies is desirable;
- Knowledge of GAAP, MSFO or Russian accounting principles;
- Knowledge of document workflow management;
- Strong business acumen;
- Fluent English;
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com;
- Strong communication skills.
