TikTok looking for Sales Productivity and Efficiency Manager.
Responsibilities
1. Drive workflow efficiency projects, optimize and document sales processes.
2. Manage sales systems agenda from the business side: collaborate with global teams to support the roll out of new features, collect and prioritize local business requests, educate internal stakeholders on systems updates and drive adoption of sales systems.
3. Train sales teams on sales related processes and policies.
4. Participate in cross-functional projects related to contract management, billing, collections etc.
Qualifications
1. BS degree in economics, management or technical field.
2. 3-5 years of relevant functional experience.
3. Work experience in tech companies is desirable.
4. Strong business acumen and understanding of business processes.
5. Fluent English is a must, Mandarin is a plus.
6. Hands-on experience with major CRM platforms.
7. Excellent stakeholder management and strong communication skills.
