Soficopharm is a leading pharmaceutical distributor in Egypt and sole distributor to the leading global companies, providing patients across the MENA region with access to over 1000 SKUs from more than 15 global companies. Services include distribution, registration procedures, importation and approvals, patient support programs, sales and marketing, in-licensing and outsourcing, and supply chain with all logistics functions. Company works with multinational clients such as Janssen, MSD, Allergan, and Novartis.
Role Description:
The Sales Partner will be responsible for managing and leading the sales process, developing and implementing sales strategies and objectives, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Resident in the country
- At least 3 years of pharmaceutical experience within the country
- At least 3 Years of experience in the market access within the domestic market
- Willing to work on an attractive success fees-based business model
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Veterinary, or a related field
- Fluent in English
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Strong customer management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and market trends
- Excellent in MS office
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
