Main responsibilities:
Developing Sales Technologies:
- Continuously assess current business processes with sales perspective to define development areas and develop sustainable and efficient sales Technologies
- Collaborate with sales team to design the best way of each sales process
- Implement pilot field studies to calculate real time&motion effect and benefits of each development in the field
Tools and Process Integration and Stakeholder Management:
- Implement pilot field studies to calculate real time&motion effect and benefits of each development in the field
- Support IDS team on analysis work efforts of third party providers and consultants manages end-user tests, builds a bridge between IDS and Sales organizations
Follow Digital Transformation in FMCG Sector:
- Investigate present and future tools and technologies in the sector from different vendors locally or internationally
- Joining technology conferences to see opportunities with a wide perspective
- Track Artificial Intelligence developments and implement to the sales environment
Best in Class Reporting & Big Data Management:
- Design sales focus reports and KPI tracking tools to support field team for sustainable growth
- Manage big data and show the opportunities to the sales team
- Create a role and right bases reporting environment for company
- Develop and design Business Intelligence tools like PowerBI, BW etc.
- Automate all regular reports and business processes for time saving and regularity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Min. 4 years professional and managerial experience preferably in FMCG sector (incl. Dealers/Distributors)
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent technical skills
- Knowledge about Artificial Intelligence
- Analytical thinking skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Advanced MS Office skills
- No travel restriction
