Xiaomi is looking for a Sales Management Lead.
Responsibilities - Channel performance:
- Overseeing the sales funnel, tracking the KPI and sales metrics, Improve conversion at each sales funnel
- Drive channel insights generation, identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and propose implementation and solutions for improvement in any sticking point impacting sales velocity
- Streamlining and optimizing the sales process by identifying the areas of opportunity, propose and implement solutions to keep the sales processes in top shape
- Responsible for the management and execution of the daily sales, not limited to sales data summary, maintenance and analysis
Responsibilities - Sales Policy, Pricing & Scheme:
- Manage all sales policy, pricing, scheme/campaign designing and validation of such schemes for all kind of products
- Manage various analytically driven projects in parallel and autonomously, structure an end-to-end project management and analysis to find the best solution, and ensure high-quality outputs for the respective business teams
- Capture and analyze market and competitor financial data and report to provide selected information to internal stakeholders, conduct analysis of competitor based pricing to identify potential areas of opportunity for pricing adjustments
- Perform high level analysis, including profitability, historical trends and other methods to make recommendations based on results and effectively communicate both results and recommendations to internal stakeholders
Responsibilities - Leadership:
- Manage a team to improve channel performance, surface insights to refine strategy, adoption, and approach to business growth opportunities, connect all the dots and ensure closed-loop management of every approach
- Mentoring and developing your team; recruitment to fill the vacancies, promoting best practices, new techniques/methodologies, and robust documentation of all efforts (projects, products, planning)
- Manage day-to-day operations, including prioritization, project assignment, project pipeline, workload management, and risk management
Requirements:
- Bachelor or master degree in international business, international trade, business management or other related major, preferably from top-tier and reputable university
- Minimum 5 years' working experience in Sales Management or Sales Operation, preferably working in Tier 1 electronic products company, FMCG or startups in Indonesia
- Prior experience in building and leading Sales Management or Sales Operation team for product-led companies
- Excellent in multi-tasking, strong logical and structural thinking and ability to translate insights into execution plans, also take them to completion
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written - an excellent communicator, able to communicate and build rapport effectively with all members of the organization, while also able to communicate technical terms understandable for everyone
