In this role you will lead the Health, Nutrition & Care business across the segments for Russia, Israel and the STAN countries. Supported by a team of Account Managers / Sales Assistant, you will lead the HNC sub-region through using increasingly sophisticated value selling tools in order to make sales, forecasting/supply chain and marketing much more data-driven.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Budget: Accountable for the results within Russia, Israel and the STAN countries
- Leadership: Lead the sub-regional sales team across segments and engage closely with Distribution Partners across network
- Business Management: Manage the organisation acting as a company legal representative the business and the key customers. Ensure that correct legal contracts are in place with customers and payment problems including customer complaint are dealt with in a timely manner
- Business Development: Based on the segment strategic plan, drive the execution of the key strategic projects in your sub-region and ensure that the pipeline and sales growth objectives for them are met
- Business Planning: Achieve the short- medium- and long-term ambitions of the sub-region. Ensure that Strategic Customer Plans (SCPs) are developed and executed by direct reports
- Performance Management: Perform monthly performance dialogues with each and every direct report reviewing customer sales, growth actions, customer projects, and redirecting activities to capture opportunities and/or fill gaps
- Commercial Management: In close co-operation with Regional Commercial management, ensure that prices and margins are implemented at the customers and help direct reports to book the businesses. Co-ordinate with commercial management on supply chain issues and allocations
- P&O: Ensure a high-performance business team is in place and continuously developed
- Stakeholder Management: Manage all the internal interfaces at regional and global level to deliver customer satisfaction (Regulatory, Premix, Supply Chain, CSAs, Commercial, Marketing, Innovation/Application/Formulation, Finance)

You bring:
- 5-10 years of experience in commercial positions (Marketing, Sales or other commercial roles)
- Proven track-record in value selling and growing business well above market growth
- Good performance record at Sales/Key Account level and strong negotiation skills
- Managing complex matrix organizations with geographical spread, cultural differences and many departmental interfaces
- Proven leadership and change management skills
- Experience in building high-performance teams across cultures, countries, industries
- Result driven with and ability to shape
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in Russian and English
