Job Responsibilities:
- Sales group management
- Sales strategy development and implementation within responsible sales channels
- Sales planning: sell-in/out in quarterly/monthly/weekly period
- Sales plan development and execution --> based on group KPIs
- People management and development
Requirements:
- Experience as Sales Head/ Sales Director at Consumer Electronics/ Mobile market not less than 5 years
- Extensive knowledge of smartphones market
- Ability to manage several big accounts
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint user
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent team management and communication skills
- Analytical thinking & helicopter approach
- Motivation to learn & gain professional experience
