А global biopharmaceutical company SANOFI  is looking for a Sales Force Effectiveness Lead.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Develops and implements Sales Force excellence initiatives to improve promotion processes, practices and impact ultimately the customer engagement in a geography. Manages a team directly or indirectly,
Develop and implement optimal GtM model and Resource optimization analysis for all GBUs,
Development and implementation of standardized for all GBUs solutions required to assess effectiveness of the Sales Force,
Develop and implement effective PST process in collaboration with Marketing teams and according to Brand strategy,
Head of Sales Force Effectiveness and ETMS together with Franchise Heads/NSMs is responsible for development of transparent, fair and motivating incentive system for the Sales Force,
Defines key parameters to develop methodology for measurement of performance of the Sales Force,
Ensure availability of analytical reports for line managers in order to evaluate performance of the Sales Force in terms of both quantitative and qualitative parameters,
Initiate and conduct meetings to analyze results and to develop action plans to improve performance of the Sales Force,
Management of the ETMS within the following scope:
ETMS User Support and Trainings
PST process
Support SF Structure in ETMS
SF activity analysis.

 

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry,
Higher education
Strong capacity of analysing sales processes and proposing alternative solutions,
Strong interpersonal skills,
Ability to communicate at all levels transversally,
Project management,
Presentations skills,
Fluent English.
