Microsoft is looking for Sales Excellence Leader.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales measurement models and tools to help the worldwide and regional teams to measure and monitor their sales and identify key areas of opportunity
- Analyze and recommend strategic priorities, sales performance metrics and sales effectiveness tracking methods to maintain and improve company’s competitive advantage in the market
- Monitor and assess program utilization and investment performance/ROI
- Collaborate with DMI for forecasting process to size the local and MNA markets, by segment by competitor and generate market insights
- Drive/Contribute Integrated Planning Brief (IPM) process
- Guide budget and investment planning, and variance analysis with the insights to deliver Device Partner Solution Sales accountabilities to the company (Rev, Growth, Activation Units)
- Support the forecast process to identify risks/upsides based on performance and region insights
- Drive the Device Partner Solution Sales rhythm of the business to enable collaboration, development, and business growth and (Planning, ROB, CPE)
- Ensure sales motion compliance to Microsoft corporate policies, local/regional regulations, category program and marketing requirements — be the compliance advocate for DPSS
- Drive Channel, Partner Enablement and strengthen executive partner engagements through account planning, target setting including a quarterly forecast for WW DPSS
- Identify and advocate best practices and sharing across regions to drive simplification and clarity
- Guide New Category and Partner identification insights

Qualifications

- 10 years plus Finance, Device and Retail Sales, Product Category and /or Operations leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience in working in a diverse region, preferably across multiple languages
- Experience with sales enablement concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Effective project management and change management skills, led large transformational projects in a global organization
- Excellent program management, project management skills and communications skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Some in region travel will be required.
