- The Mission of the future Commercial Director will be leading and driving sales and the team, developing and improving the sales strategy in the company, and achieving sales targets. They will be responsible for client development and turnover growth
The ideal candidate:
- Has experience managing the commercial department of a construction company or a general contractor. Experience in cable cars, treatment plants, and lifting structures will be an advantage
- Is able to plan and organize sales in the company, forecast and achieve results, and masterfully build long-term relationships with clients
- English proficiency level B2+ is essential because the company is extending to the global market
- Proficiency and passion for personal sales and immersion in the business processes of the commercial department is a must
The Commercial Director's responsibilities will include:
- Determine the commercial strategy

- Flourish service and maintenance directions
