В рекламное агентство AdCounty Media требуется Sales Director.

 

AdCounty Media is a user acquisition network and premium mobile agency based out of Gurgaon & Jaipur, India. We work with multiple brands and websites across various verticals on a performance basis to help them acquire premium user base and achieve their marketing objectives.
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify new clients/business partners in the digital marketing ecosystem based on the fitment for revenue opportunity. This will be done by communicating with multiple clients in specific geographies and internal team members to understand better and mitigate any requirements of partners.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Bring direct advertisers as well as premium publishers on board
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Precede well and proper client expectation management
  • To scan the market to identify the potential client landscape and develop a sales strategy, and to come out “Strategic Client Portfolio” to guide Company’s resources allocation
  • Work cross-functionally within the Company as well as with respective partners
  • Create and maintain relationships with clients to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Ready to work in different time zones
  • Need to collect latest market information & competitors’ progress. Help the Company establish a market & competitor analysis database. You shall be capable of being the market intelligence centre in the Company.
  • Manage all billing of the accounts which the candidate is responsible for

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience in Digital performance marketing with a Sales background
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals. You must have the strong capability to develop new clients via your connection channels or even via LinkedIn, cold calls and emails
  • Previous business development experience in Digital performance marketing space within Tier 1 countries
  • Well round knowledge of the mobile performance industry (CPI/CPE/CPA/CPL)
  • Excellent communication skills, able to coordinate well with internal supporting teams to raise your requests and required assistance in a precise way
  • Demonstrated knowledge of various digital advertising concepts, practices and procedures
  • Intelligence, positive attitude, enthusiasm, high energy, independence and sense of humour
  • Graduate in any stream
