Аn international heating company (manufacturer of equipment) has opened its doors for a Sales Director.

 

He or she will be responsible for managing the sales team by developing key growth strategies, tactics and action plans and overviewing activi-ties and performance to promote the organisation’s short- and long-term business objective of creating a sound business with high turnover and market shares.

 

Responsibilities:

Recruitment, development and management of sales department consisting of internal and external sales reps. with different nationalities;
Establish and execute sales strategy for developing the business and achieving sales goals;
Definition of regional and individual sales budgets and forecasts for the relevant market and product seg-ments;
Proactive sales steering on regional-, individual-, customer- and product-specific level based on current busi-ness figures, targets, budgets and forecasts. Constantly development of channel development;
Develop sales structure that supports addressing relevant target groups (sales force, key ac-count…). Define measures and structures to manage customer growth, share of wallet and churn;
Develop and implement price strategy;
Market and business analysis to examine growth opportunities, identify potential sales and turnover generation, enable sales improvement and product mix development;
Being active member of the management team and represent the sales view (actively support marketing strategy, product strategy and operations).

 

Requirements:

Higher business and/or technical-related degree;
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant sales experience;
Strong leadership skills;
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management and team skills;
Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business;
Strong analytical and organisational skills to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions;
Fluent in English.
