Key Tasks
Driving sales and new business in Russia, through consultative selling, both through direct and via channel partners
Focus on developing and growing your network of contacts at the Director of Technology level, in Russian Broadcasters
Hunting for new business for MediaKind, selling our video compression, broadcast and content & distribution solutions
Building intimacy with customers
You will also build effective and harmonious relationships internally at MediaKind; including with product management, sales engineering, solutions teams and operations, to effectively deliver the customers’ needs end to end
About You
We are seeking someone with proven direct sales experience, selling video compression solutions to broadcasters in Russia.
You will be self-motivated, a self-starter and target-focused to deliver your sales numbers each quarter.We are seeking passion, drive and intuition from our Sales Directors, who have an innovative mind-set and the ability to sport opportunities that others don’t.
Key Skills/behaviours
You will possess strong knowledge of customer needs within the broadcast market
A good understanding of the OTT and SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) market in video processing
Strong experience of Cloud-based software solutions and experience of selling cloud solutions
An understanding of contribution & distribution market dynamics
You will have a deep network of contacts at Director of Technology level in Russian Broadcasters
A strong network of local partners in Russia
The ability to build intimacy and trust with customers
A strong temperament and resilience
Russian & English language fluency (both verbal and written) is essential
Location
Russia, with 50% travel in the region.
